1. Services Provided

Tractor Fever Services provides land clearing, bush-hogging, stump grinding, and related tractor services. All services are performed to industry standards. Estimates provided via the website or phone are subject to on-site verification.

2. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling a service, you authorize Tractor Fever Services to access your property with heavy machinery. It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Clearly mark property lines and boundaries.
• Identify and mark underground utilities (water, septic, electric) not covered by "811" services.
• Ensure the work area is clear of pets, children, and bystanders during operation.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Tractor Fever Services is not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities, hidden obstacles, or minor surface wear caused by heavy equipment traversal in the designated work area.

4. Cancellations and Weather

Our services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services in the event of heavy rain or unsafe site conditions to prevent excessive property damage or equipment risk.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major payment methods as discussed during the estimate process.
